Find at least five hours a week you can save — guaranteed.

I'm David Mendoza. I help small-business owners find practical, off-the-shelf tools for repetitive work. If my AI Tools Assessment doesn't identify at least five hours a week you could reclaim, you pay nothing.

The Five-Hour Guarantee

The promise

Your Assessment Report identifies at least five hours of work you could reclaim each week, or you pay nothing.

Verified before payment

I check the report against that five-hour bar before I ask you to pay.

14-day refund

A 14-day refund policy applies after delivery.

How it works

  1. Submit the intake form below

Send your business name, your name, your business email, and your industry. I review every request myself and reply within one business day.

  2. A 45-minute discovery call, recorded

We talk through the work that takes too much of your week. The call must be recorded so I can prepare an accurate report. I ask for your consent before I start recording.

  3. I build your Assessment Report

I research tools for the repetitive work we uncover and estimate how many hours each one could free up.

  4. A final review call

We review each recommendation and the weekly time estimate behind it.

What you get

Your report covers 3–7 existing tools matched to your repetitive work. Each recommendation includes an estimate of how many hours it could free up each week.

Who's behind it

I lead every call, check every recommendation, and stand behind the guarantee. I use AI in the research, but the judgment and accountability are mine.

FAQ

What is the AI Tools Assessment?

You fill out a short intake, then we have a recorded 45-minute discovery call. I research the repetitive work we discuss and give you an Assessment Report with 3–7 off-the-shelf SaaS and AI tools that could help.

How does the Five-Hour Guarantee work?

Before I ask you to pay, I make sure the Assessment Report identifies at least five reclaimable hours a week. You also have 14 days after delivery to request a refund. The guarantee applies when you complete the intake honestly, attend the discovery call, and share enough information about your current work and tools for me to assess it. It does not cover incomplete or inaccurate information, missed calls, or work outside the assessment.

What does it cost and when do I pay?

The promotional price is $599; the regular price is $999. You pay off-site only after the report meets the five-hour bar. There is no payment on this site.

Who is this for?

I work remotely with owners of US businesses that have 2–20 employees, across any industry.

What kinds of tools do you recommend?

Existing SaaS and AI products, not custom software or a long build.

Do you set the tools up for me?

No. The assessment ends with recommendations. Setup and implementation are not included.

Why is the discovery call recorded?

I use the recording to prepare an accurate report. I ask for everyone’s consent before I start. Because recording is required, I cannot proceed without it.

How do you handle my data?

I collect only the minimal intake fields. See the Privacy Notice for how I handle your data.
